Training & monitoring
Training & monitoring
Rigorous preparation at the Ministry of Defence Public Security Training Centre — with on-the-job monitoring and a disciplined code of conduct.
Every employee is personally interviewed by Major Susil Perera. Personnel receive training in fire fighting, first aid, bomb disposal awareness, communication, drill, and handling of security equipment. Our special task group of ex-servicemen provides immediate intervention capability. Employees are subject to standing orders, sporadic unscheduled checks, and maintenance of log books, patrol books, and vehicle registers.
